Terms and Conditions:

• The exhibitor or participant can obtain an entry visa by visiting the nearest embassy or consulate in his country and submitting a visa application.
• The exhibitor is not entitled to cause any damage to the exhibition halls, such as drilling, pressing, painting, coloring, writing on them, or any other damage.
• The exhibitor client must be responsible for his personal property during the exhibition hours.
• The client is not allowed to bring any components to the exhibition halls that may cause harm to the attendees or cause fires or damages, and the exhibitor will bear the responsibility and any financial cost.
• The exhibitor client must be responsible for his personal property during the exhibition hours.
• Evacuation and removal of exhibits, the exhibitor or participant must vacate his stand before the end of the exhibition activities.
• Exhibitors are required to enter their exhibits and property and complete the installation of the stand starting from (10) am on (7) May 2025. The hours of dismantling the stands begin after the end of the exhibition activities, after (5) pm and until the morning. Participants must withdraw all their goods and exhibits on time to avoid fines imposed by the hotel.
• We are committed to ensuring that your sponsorship experience is exceptional. We are excited to have you at our event, we can make this event a great success.
• This contract is subject to the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be referred to and finally resolved by the Jordanian courts at the time of dispute and arbitration.
• WACML shall not be liable for any loss of exhibitor, loss of business or any other type of economic loss or damage to person or property.
• Participants who are tax exempt are requested to attach a copy of the certificate.

• Lecture venue: Ishtar Grand Hall, 3rd floor/Royal Amman Hotel-Jordan.
• Exhibition venue: Ishtar Grand Hall and surrounding area/3rd floor/Royal Amman Hotel-Jordan.
• Participants: Medical and non-medical sectors related to medical liability and medical tourism sector.

Cancellation

• In the event that WACML receives a written notice of cancellation from the exhibitor, the exhibitor shall not be entitled to any refund of any amounts paid to the company.
• This is the space reservation contract and the terms and conditions of WACML and by signing this space reservation contract, the exhibitor confirms that he has read and agreed to both the space contract and the terms and conditions and agrees to abide by the company’s terms.
• The person signing the space reservation contract is a person authorized by the company or any other concerned party and has all the necessary power and authority to bind the exhibitor to this contract.

• The exhibition will be held in Ishtar Hall and the surrounding area.

• Local participants price per meter = 200 $ plus 16% sales tax.
