Second party:

Under this contract, the second party agrees to participate in attending the scientific lectures that will be held within the activities of the Medical Liability and Medical Tourism Industry Conference and Exhibition, organized by WACML at the Royal Hotel in Amman, Jordan, during the period from May 8-9, 2025.

Conference Objectives

The conference aims to highlight the latest developments in the field of medical liability and the medical tourism industry, through scientific lectures presented by experts and specialists in this field.

Subscription fees

•  Locals: $200 (equivalent to 142 Jordanian dinars).
• Internationals: $400 (including accommodation) for internationals only.

The fees include:

• Attending scientific lectures.
• Obtaining scientific materials related to the conference.
• The ability to interact with lecturers and speakers.
• Certificates and hours accredited by WACML and (Jordanian Nursing Council, Jordanian Medical Council, and Higher Health Council).
• Participants receive an accredited certificate that includes the number of hours they attended at the conference, approximately (12) hours, to develop professional skills and continuing education.
• Visit the exhibition, lunch, coffee breaks.

Payment Terms

• Payment must be completed 100% upon signing the contract.
• In case of cash payment or bank transfer, proof of payment must be sent to email or via WhatsApp.

Rights and Obligations

• The second party is committed to attending lectures at the specified times.
• The first party is committed to providing all necessary facilities to attend lectures and participate effectively.
• The first party has the right to amend lecture times or change lecturers if necessary.
• Participants (second party) who have a tax exemption are requested to attach a copy of the certificate.

Photography and recording

• The second party agrees to allow the organizer to photograph and record lectures and events.
• The organizer has the right to use the photographed materials for promotional purposes.

Force Majeure

In the event of emergency circumstances or force majeure that prevent the conference from being held, the first party is obligated to return the amounts paid in full to the second party.

Additional Terms and Conditions

• Tickets are not allowed to be exchanged or sold by participants.
• The first party shall not bear any responsibility for damages or losses resulting from attendance or participation in the conference.
• The second party agrees to comply with all local laws and regulations in force in Jordan during the conference period.
• In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, the first party shall have the right to modify the lecture program or set alternative dates, informing the participants as soon as possible.

General Provisions

• This contract shall be effective from the date of its signing by both parties.
• In the event of any dispute, it shall be resolved amicably or through arbitration in Amman, Jordan
