In a step aimed at enhancing legal protection for practitioners in the nursing sector, West Asia Medical Liability Company signed a partnership agreement with the Nurses’ Syndicate to provide legal consultations and awareness on medical liability issues. This initiative is part of the Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs accredited by the Higher Health Council, covering all medical staff, including doctors and nurses.
During the signing ceremony, the founder and CEO of West Asia Medical Liability Company (WACML) emphasized that this partnership reflects the company’s commitment to supporting nursing staff by providing legal consultations and specialized training to ensure a safer and fairer work environment. He also explained that the agreement will include organizing workshops and specialized training courses, which will count towards accredited continuing education hours, in addition to offering legal consultations for nurses. This will contribute to reducing legal risks and enhancing the quality of healthcare services.
For his part, the President of the Nurses’ Syndicate praised this initiative, highlighting its importance in supporting nurses and enabling them to practice their profession within proper legal frameworks, ensuring the protection of their rights and improving the work environment in the healthcare sector.
